Our office is open from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Every
effort is made to accommmodate patients in a timely manner. Therefore, we
ask that you make appointments for return visits as you leave the office and let
us know as soon as possible if you must cancel.
Where applicable, we accept most major insurance plans. Where insurance falls short,
we have other options to help you finance the procedure you need and want.
(Due to
the specialty nature of the practice, a referral from your primary care provider
may be necessary.)
